Campsite rules are an official document that sets out the terms for coexistence of guest in the campsite. Please respect it.

ACTIVITIES & EXPERIENCES

Activities and entertainment are available during the summer season. The schedule of activities is available on the INFO tabs located at the reception and throughout the camp. The mini club is intended for children aged 4 to 12 years. Daily activities for adults include sports activities. Evening entertainment program includes various performances, concerts and live music organized by the activity team.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING

To save energy and protect the environment, please keep windows and doors closed while cooling or heating your room. In case of any difficulty, first make sure all windows and doors are closed. If air-conditioning and heating unit still doesn’t work, please report the fault via the mguest app or contact the reception desk staff.

AIRPORT

The nearest airports are Pula (cca 70 km) and Trieste (cca 100 km). If you need flight information, our reception desk office will be happy to provide the necessary information.

ATM

ATMs are located at the campsite reception desk.

BANK

Banks are located in Poreč, in the city centre.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Upon arrival, guests have at their disposal an initial set of linens and towels included in the reservation price. Linen and towels are changed once a week. If you want us to change your linen more than once a week, additional charges apply according to the valid price list. Please request this service at reception.

BOATS

Please register your boats as well as boat racks upon arrival. The reception desk staff will refer you to authorised offices where you can register your vessel and receive information about vessel anchoring and berthing.

CARS

Car repair workshops are located in Poreč. Contact reception desk staff, our employees shall be happy to assist you. The nearest gas station is in Poreč (9km). The nearest electric vehicle charging station is located in Poreč, next to the central parking lot.

CHECK-OUT TIME

Please leave the mobile home on the day of departure until 10:00 a.m.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

We recommend that you only change money at authorized exchange offices such as exchange offices at the bank or post office. The money can only be exchanged by people over the age of 18.

DENTIST

If you need a dentist, please contact the reception desk staff.

EVACUATION PLAN

Emergency exits are marked on the campsite map. In the event of a fire alarm, please leave your mobile home as soon as possible and follow the signs and instructions by our staff.

EXCURSIONS

If you would like to explore the wider surroundings of this natural and historical landmark or if you would like to book a special excursion, please contact our reception desk staff.

FAULTS AND REPAIRS

If, despite our regular check-ups, something remains overlooked, please report faults via the mGuest app or to the reception desk by 10. p.m., and we will try to repair the fault in the shortest possible time.

Final cleaning

When renting a mobile home, a one-time cleaning fee shall be charged, which includes an initial set of linens and towels. Final cleaning is mandatory for all guests, is 40,00 EUR and is not included in the price.

FIRST AID

First aids are in the first aid kit at the reception desk.

GAS

If guests staying at a mobile home run out of gas, they can report it via the mguest app or contact the reception desk staff to have the gas bottle replaced between 7.00 a.m. and

9.00 p.m.

HOSPITAL

The hospital is located in Pula. Contact the reception desk staff in case you need to call an ambulance or if you need help with arranging transport to the hospital.

INTERNET

The campsite is mostly covered by free wireless internet connection. How to connect to the internet:

• activate Wi-Fi on your device
• connect to the Plavalaguna network
• if you need help, contact the reception desk staff

LOST AND FOUND

Take care of your belongings, you can never be too cautious! Be especially careful when swimming on the beach. Store your valuables in the safe vaults in your mobile home or at the reception desk, at additional charge. Please inform the reception desk about all lost and found items around the campsite as they record all lost and found items and will be happy to help you out.

MEDICAL CLINIC

Medical assistance can be obtained at Poreč Health Center (address: Mauro Gioseffi 2, 52440, Poreč), at the emergency medical treatment.

NEWSPAPERS AND MAGAZINES

Domestic and foreign newspapers and magazines are sold on the news-stand in the camp.

NOISE

Please do not disturb the peace and silence in the campsite. Night rest lasts from 12.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m. and loud communication, singing, listening to music, watching TV, and driving are prohibited. Please be mindful of the day rest from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Please refrain from using motor vehicles during that time.

PARKING

Park your vehicle in the campsite, on the parking lot with your mobile home number, right next to the mobile home on the pitch or at the lots as instructed by the campsite staff. Please park your vehicles so that they do not interfere with the traffic in the campsite. Parking is charged €1/day. An additional vehicle is charged according to the valid price list and it must be parked within the pitch or at a designated parking lot.

PAYMENT

The bill for staying in mobile homes is charged on the day before departure. Payments can be made in cash (in EUR) or AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTER CARD, DINERS and MAESTRO credit cards.

PETS

Pets are required to be registered at check-in. Pets are allowed in certain mobile homes and are charged according to the valid price list. Dog owners are obliged to keep their dogs on leash and tied. Owners are obliged to clean up after their pets. Pets are allowed to swim only on a designated pet-friendly beach. The showers for pets are marked on the camp-site plan. If you need a veterinarian, please contact the reception staff who will refer you to the veterinarian. The examination of the pet is paid directly to the veterinarian.

PHARMACY

The pharmacy is located in Poreč.

PHOTOCOPYING

Photocopying service is provided at the reception desk with an extra charge.

POSTAL SERVICES

The nearest post offices are located in Poreč. Mail for guests arrives on working days around 1.00 p.m. The mailbox is located near the reception and the shipments are shipped daily. Stamps can be purchased in the nearest post offices only.

RESPONSIBILITY

Take care of your belongings. Store your valuables and money in the safe vaults located in your mobile home or at the reception desk, at additional charge. The management of the campsite shall not responsible in case of stealing, theft, or disappearance of things or devices left in the camp. In case of theft, please immediately report it to the reception desk staff who will take further measures.

SAFE VAULT

There are safe vaults at the reception desk available for an extra charge. We recommend that you put all your valuables and your money in the safe vault. The campsite management shall not be responsible for money and valuable that have not been stored in safe vaults.

SWIMMING POOL

Deck chairs and parasols can be rented.

TAXI / RENT-A-CAR

Please contact the reception staff to order a taxi or to rent-a-car.

TRANSFER

In the event of a transfer request please provide us with the correct time and destination on time. Please contact the reception desk to arrange the transfer and ask about the rates.

USE OF VEHICLES

Please adjust the driving speed in the campsite to as low as possible and do not exceed 20 km/h. The pedestrians and bicycles have the advantage in the campsite traffic. Minor children are not allowed to drive various motorized devices without accompanying parents or persons responsible for them. Driving around the campsite is not allowed from 12.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m..

WASHING AND DRYING OF LAUNDRY

Washing machines and driers are located in toilette facility 4.

Plava Laguna is committed to sustainability and to preserving environment, hence we adopted a sustainable business policy. Our goal is to reduce the impact our business has on the environment by applying the best practices and by careful use of natural resources. We know that you are concerned about the environment, so we kindly ask you to help us achieve these goals by following the measures described below:

save water

We all know that water is a scarce resource that directly affects our environment, so we try to reduce water consumption wherever possible. You can help us by closing the tap while shampooing or brushing your teeth and by using a short wash cycle when using the toilette.

save energy

We save energy in our own household, so please behave in the same way in the mobile home/campsite. Turn off all the lights you do not need, and since we control the temperature of a mobile home with an automated air conditioning system, please keep all doors and windows closed so that the system can work.

reduce the amount of waste

Please dispose all waste and cigarette stubs in appropriate garbage bins.

recycling

Please dispose paper, plastic bottles, and cans into their respective bins.

prevention of water and soil pollution

To reduce the risk of contamination, please carefully dispose of grease and fuel. In the event of an accident, please contact our staff to assist you and supply you with grease liquid absorbing agent.

animal protection

We kindly ask you not to feed birds, cats and other animals in the camp because it can seriously affect natural balance.

blue flag

The Blue Flag is an international environmental program for the protection of the sea and coastal areas, whose primary objective is sustainable management of the sea and the coastal belt. The flag is introduced as one of the excellent measures for ensuring high standards of quality, safety and environmental protection to provide you a pleasant stay without negative effects on the environment.

instructions for handling gas installations

Gas bottles are filled up with UNP. UNP is a flammable, explosive and suffocating gas, with a characteristic odour. Handle gas appliances carefully and with caution. Close all exhaust valves when you finish with the gas appliance operation.

If you can smell the odour or there is uncontrollable gas leak in the premises:

• Close all the appliance exhaust valves available to you
• Open windows and doors
• Do not ignite possible spark sources (light, lighter)
• Disconnect the main power supply fuse
• Leave the premises and urgently contact reception staff
• Warn neighbouring guests and passers-by to get away

In the event of ignition, proceed as if in a fire.

Your safety is of utmost importance, do not bring yourself and your loved ones in jeopardy.

ATTENTION

• Be careful when arranging excursions from the retailers on the beaches and outside the Plava Laguna facilities. The only authorized sellers are the retailers approved by Plava Laguna and we can guarantee the quality of their services. Plava Laguna does not guarantee the quality of products and services of other sellers who illegally provide services.
• Please do not leave your minor children unsupervised for their own safety and safety of all other persons in the campsite.
